Terms and Conditions of Sale – Licensio

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of licenses and software offered by Licensio via its website www.licensio.net.

3. Products and Services
Licensio offers software licenses (Microsoft, Adobe, antivirus, etc.) for personal or professional use. Each license is delivered electronically with installation instructions.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in CHF, Euro, Dollars, and XOF, all taxes included. Licensio reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC. The customer receives an email confirmation after payment validation.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is considered final after payment validation.
7. Delivery
Licenses are delivered by email within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. In case of delay, the customer can contact support at hello@licensio.net.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after payment.
9. Warranty and Support
Licensio guarantees the validity of licenses sold. In case of malfunction, the customer can contact support for assistance or replacement.
10. Liability
Licensio cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the software. The user is responsible for the software’s compatibility with their hardware.
11. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely for order processing and is never resold. The customer can request the deletion of their data at any time.
12. Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent court will be that of Licensio’s registered office.
